DOLE will evaluate theapplication within three working days then notify the applicant throughelectronic mail if the application is approved or denied. CAMP offers a “one time financialsupport” of P5,000 to each affected employee in the private sector regardless ofemployment status. They filedapplications for DOLE’s COVID-19 Adjustment Measures Program (CAMP) designed to“mitigate the adverse economic impacts and reduction of income” brought aboutby the ongoing pandemic. The 625establishments had a combined workforce of 14,800 employees, said DOLE Region 6information officer Niezel Anen Sabrido.
